7. SUSPENDING AND CLOSING AN ACCOUNT

14. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

16. LEGAL

16.1. These Terms and any dealings between you and the Company shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao. All disputes shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration before a sole arbitrator appointed by the Dean of the Curaçao Bar Association. Arbitration may be initiated only after a 30-day period during which parties attempt an amicable resolution. Proceedings will take place in Curaçao and be conducted in English.

16.2. Without limiting the above arbitration requirement, you also agree that the courts of Curaçao have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not covered by mandatory arbitration.

16.3. You irrevocably waive the right to participate in class actions or collective legal proceedings against the Company.

16.4. “Us” refers to the Company and affiliated entities, including shareholders, employees, agents and contractors.

16.5. Violation of Section 16 entitles the non-breaching party to seek injunctive relief and liquidated damages of CAD 500,000, plus recovery of legal costs.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

17.2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. Any prior communications or promises inconsistent with these Terms are void.

17.3. We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

17.4. These Terms are written in English. In case of inconsistencies between translations and the English version, the English text prevails.

17.5. Statements made by employees or agents do not alter these Terms unless confirmed in writing by authorized representatives.

17.6. Employees, licensees, partners and affiliates of the Company may not use our services for personal play.
